Cancellation of Services

Project-Based Work

Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel a project after it has started, you must provide a written notice by email to nikhil@sanswebsolutions.com.

Work Completed: The Client is responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for partial work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the milestones or deliverables already completed.

Monthly Retainers or Subscriptions

Notice Period: A written notice is required at least 7 calendar days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

Early Termination: If you cancel mid-cycle, no prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the term unless specifically stated in your service agreement.

Refund Conditions

Non-Refundable Fees: Any custom development or one-time setup fees are generally non-refundable.

Performance-Based Milestones: Where payments are tied to milestones, refunds may not be possible once a milestone is reached or deliverables have been provided.

Hosting and Third-Party Services: Fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars) are typically non-refundable, subject to the vendor's own policies.

Disputes and Resolutions

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a dispute, please contact us at nikhil@sanswebsolutions.com. We will review and respond within 3 calendar days. If we cannot resolve the matter, disputes may escalate under the laws of Indian Governance.
